Our Light Grey PVC Flange Parapet Outlet is a one-piece flat roofing drainage outlet, perfect for through-wall applications or outlets positioned close to an abutment. Available in three standard sizes – 50mm, 75mm and 110mm – and with a factory bonded Light Grey PVC flange and a 400 or 600mm stainless steel spigot with a rubber seal giving a secure seal.
Technical Details: APPLICATION: For drainage of flat roofs with bitumen or foil membranes. To be installed horizontally through wall parapets. MATERIAL: Fully welded pipe and assembly ring in acid-proof stainless steel AISI 316 / EN 1.4401. Flange in stainless steel AISI 304/EN 1.4301 for PVC membranes.
Delivery and Returns Policy
- If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of unused products within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item Lancastria Group will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed.
- Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
- Lancastria Group will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
- Returns must be organized and paid for by the customer.
- Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.
- We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
- We are unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
- We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
Faulty Goods Return or Exchange Policy:
- Faulty goods are eligible for a full refund (including carriage) or exchange.
You have the legal right if:
- The item arrives broken or damaged (‘not of satisfactory quality)
- Is unusable (‘not fit for purpose)
- Or is not what was advertised or doesn’t match the seller’s description

- it was damaged by wear and tear, an accident, or misuse
