The roof on the school building had come to the end of its life and needed stripping back to the timber deck and reinstating with a fully insulated system to meet regulations and help conserve energy. Conditions were placed by Warrington Borough Council on the quality of the material, roof inspections and the guarantee.

To meet the challenges, we presented Warrington Borough Council with our 20 year Single Point Guarantee which exceeded their expectations. We specified a warm roof system using our BBA accredited Endura System which, when used with the Endura FR mineral cap sheet, also meets the Brooft4 regulations for fire. To keep in line with current Safe 2 Torch guidelines we used our System 20 Self Adhesive as the Vapour Check layer and for the underlay on details.
The work was carried out by one of our approved contractors Complete Roofing Systems.
